We hope you and your family are safe and staying healthy as we progress through this COVID-19 pandemic! We have taken several precautions to prevent the spread of the virus including educating our employees to follow recommendations from Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Our industry has been identified as an essential service by our government and we are permitted to continue working. We do not plan on suspending our services, unless it is recommended by the CDC and/or our government.
To protect our customers and employees, we would appreciate communication between customers and our employees to come from either email or phone. If you feel there is a message that must be communicated to your technician immediately, please remember to maintain a distance of at least 6 feet.
Additionally, all invoices will be emailed the day following your application until we are through this pandemic. If we do not have your email on file, the invoice will be sent through US mail.
In addition to social distancing and emailing invoices, all employees are wearing latex gloves, trucks are being disinfected daily, and all meetings are taking place remotely.
This has been a very stressful time for all families and small businesses! We appreciate your understanding as we proceed through these unpredictable times and we sincerely appreciate your support!
